ParkFellows is closely tracking developments surrounding the COVID-19 coronavirus to help you plan your travel. This includes detailing our booking change and refund guidelines, and explaining how our cancellation insurance enables you to protect your financial investment, should you need to change your itinerary.
At this time, our standard terms and conditions apply to all booking changes and refunds. This means the following:
Bookings made with cancellation insurance can be canceled up to the reserved start time, in return for a full refund* of the booking price. The full amount (excluding the costs of cancellation insurance) will be credited to you. Within reason, you can modify the start and end dates and/or duration of your booking up to 48 hours before the start time, however additional fees may apply. Once the start time has elapsed, the booking can no longer be adjusted or canceled.
Bookings made without cancellation insurance require 48-hours notice to ParkFellows for changes or cancellations. A 15% handling fee applies to cancellations and you will be refunded* the remaining amount. Amendments may attract additional costs. Within reason, you can modify the start and end dates and/or duration of your booking. Once there is less than 48 hours until the start time, the booking can no longer be modified or canceled.
*After cancellation of your reservation, we will refund the outstanding amount to you as a credit voucher. With this voucher, you can make a new reservation at a later date by entering your original reservation number (Mobian ID). You will receive 100% of the value of your original booking amount (minus transaction and cancellation insurance costs, if applicable) as a discount on your new booking. We recognize the potential uncertainty regarding travel plans during this time and recommend that travelers purchase cancellation insurance. This insurance protects your financial investment in a pre-booked airport parking space, should you later need to cancel your trip.
If you opt to purchase cancellation insurance, you will be able to cancel your booking up to the reserved start time and the full amount (excluding the costs of cancellation insurance) will be credited to you. You will have the option to select cancellation insurance during the checkout process.
If you cancel your booking after September 14, 2020, you will receive a credit voucher. With this voucher, you can make a new reservation at a later date by emailing our customer service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by entering your original reservation number at the check-out. You will receive 100% of the value of your original booking amount (minus transaction and cancellation insurance costs, if applicable) as a discount on your new booking.
You can redeem your voucher up until January 1, 2022. It is possible to make a reservation after this date, as long as the booking is made prior to January 1, 2022. If the voucher has not yet been redeemed by this date, we will automatically refund the outstanding amount to you. Please note that if you do not have cancellation insurance and you have not used your voucher before the expiry date, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

To cancel your reservation, please email us at email@example.com with your name and nine-digit booking number. You can find this at the top of your booking confirmation email.
To make an adjustment to your booking, send an email with your request and booking number to firstname.lastname@example.org
