How does park and ride work?

You will drive your car directly to the reserved parking lot, usually located a few miles from the airport. A complimentary shuttle will drop-off and pick-up directly curbside at your terminal. Some parking operators will have an on-demand shuttle and others will have a shuttle that runs at regular intervals. The driver will be happy to help you with your luggage.

How does the airport shuttle service work?

Call the hotel two hours before you arrive to make arrangements. When you arrive, check-in at the front desk inside the hotel before parking. Show your ParkFellows booking confirmation (either printed or on your smartphone). The receptionist will show you where to park your car.

The shuttle runs every 15-20 minutes between the hours of 4:00 am – 12:00pm (noon) and 2:00pm -10:00pm. It does not run between 12:00pm – 2:00pm. The shuttle journey takes approximately five minutes to reach the terminals.

When you return, call the hotel reception so they can dispatch a shuttle to come to pick you up. The phone number will be on your booking confirmation email. The receptionist will let you know where to stand to catch the shuttle back to the hotel.
