Upon arrival

On the day of departure, please make sure that you bring with you your printed or digital copy of your booking confirmation. The facility asks that you have it in a printed-out from, but the digital copy can always come in handy. Since you have booked the valet parking option, you should enter the facility from the ‘Valet’ lane, on the left side. An attendant will quickly approach your car, ask for your car keys, and park it for you. The keys stay at the facility in a secure and locked area. A shuttle will be there to drive you to the airport. Help with your luggage is always provided by the shuttle driver. There is no weight restriction for your luggage. After all your bags are in place, board the bus, and in 10 minutes, you’ll be at your terminal.

Upon return

A shuttle will arrive at the terminal to take you back to your car. All you need to do is call the phone number on your booking confirmation. There's no need to panic if your flight is delayed or if you arrive after normal business hours. In approximately 10 minutes, the shuttle will be at the airport. You will be assisted with your luggage once again. When you arrive back at the parking facility, your car will be ready for you to pick up. Head to the entrance booth for check-out. They will ask your reservation copy and check if everything worked well for you. Right after that, they will give you your car keys back, and you are all set to go back home.
