Upon Arrival
On the day of your departure, remember to have with you either a printed or a digital copy of your booking confirmation. Once you arrive in the facility, an attendant will quickly come to greet you. Give your keys, and they will park your car for you. The car keys will be safely stored on the premises. The attendant will help you place your luggage onto the shuttle, and you’ll be ready for your ride to the airport. The shuttles run continuously, all day and night. Therefore, a driver will always be there to take you to and pick you up from the airport regardless of the arrival or departure of your flight.
Upon Return
On the day of your arrival, claim your baggage and text or call the number on your booking confirmation. A shuttle will promptly come for pick-up. The WallyPark bus will wait for you at the Bus/Shuttle Centre, which is the central pickup location for the shuttles and regional buses. It is located on Level 1 of the Main Parking Garage between Elevator Centres 3 and 4. The driver will happily help you with your luggage and drive you back to the parking facility. Upon return, your car will be ready for you. Show your booking confirmation to be checked out, and you're good to go.
