Upon Arrival at WallyPark Atlanta
When you arrive at the facility, please drive towards the ‘Enter Here’ lane to the right. Show your ParkFellows booking confirmation to the attendant in the booth. Keep this printed version of your reservation to check out later on. Once you pass the gate and finish with the check-in, it’s time to find a parking spot at the uncovered area. The attendant will give you a card with the number of your parking space, so you don’t have to look for your car when you return from your trip. The shuttle driver will come to you to pick you up and help you with your luggage. Shortly, you will be at the Domestic Terminal of Atlanta Airport.
Important! Customers traveling from the International Airport will be dropped off at the Domestic terminal and will need to connect to the International Terminal with the free international shuttle. This applies to both pick-ups and drop-offs.
Upon return to WallyPark Atlanta
Once you claim your baggage, call the number on your booking confirmation to request a shuttle. Normally, WallyPark shuttles continuously run on the hour and half hour. As mentioned on the note above, WallyPark customers will be picked up only from the north side of the Domestic terminal. When the shuttle arrives, the driver will help you to carry and place your luggage onto the shuttle. Show the driver the card with the number of your parking spot, so that the shuttle can drive you directly to your car. When you return, you will collect your luggage and then go to the Arrivals area. A shuttle will be there within 5 minutes. If you arrive at the International Airport terminal, then you call their phone number for an on-demand pick-up between 7am-7pm. If you arrive outside of those hours, then you will need to take the Atlanta Airport shuttle to the Domestic terminal.
