How Days Inn Airport Parking Works

Upon Arrival
Upon arrival at Days Inn by Wyndham Windsor Locks, customers should check in at the front desk and provide their parking reservation details. The staff will provide a parking permit and direct the customer to the designated parking area. Then, you can head to the shuttle pickup location and take the complimentary shuttle to BDL Airport. The shuttle service runs every 30 minutes and transports customers to and from the airport. Customers should plan to arrive at the shuttle pickup location at least 10 minutes before their desired departure time. The shuttle time to the terminals is only 5 minutes, so you can rest knowing that the whole parking experience is fast and breezy.
Upon Return
When returning from their trip, customers should gather their luggage and head to the shuttle pick-up location at the airport. Then, customers can call the hotel to request pickup from the airport. The shuttle will arrive at the designated pickup location within 15-20 minutes and take customers back to their car. From there, you can just head home!

- From Hartford: Take I-91 North to Exit 40, Route 20 West. Follow Route 20 for approximately 1.5 miles, and turn left onto Brainard Rd. Days Inn by Wyndham Windsor Locks will be on your left.
- From Springfield: Take I-91 South to Exit 40, Route 20 West. Follow Route 20 for approximately 1.5 miles, and turn left onto Brainard Rd. Days Inn by Wyndham Windsor Locks will be on your left.
- From Bradley International Airport: Follow the signs for Route 20 East. Take the exit for Route 75 South, and turn left onto Route 75. Follow Route 75 for approximately 1 mile, and turn right onto Brainard Rd. Days Inn by Wyndham Windsor Locks will be on your right.
