Upon Arrival
When you arrive at The Parking Spot at BDL, simply scan the QR code on your reservation confirmation and follow the signs to the type of parking service that you booked. From there, find an empty car park and park your vehicle. Then, head to the shuttle stop and board the complimentary shuttle to the airport. The shuttle runs on demand, 24/7, making it easy to catch your flight on time.
Upon Return
When you return from your trip, simply gather your luggage and head to the shuttle pickup location. Here, you will take the shuttle back to The Parking Spot facility and retrieve your vehicle. The shuttle will drop you off at your car, so you can quickly get back on the road.

The Parking Spot at BDL is located at 560 Ella Grasso Turnpike, Windsor Locks, CT 06096. Here are directions to the facility:
- From Hartford: Take I-91 North to Exit 40. Turn left onto CT-20 West/Bradley International Airport. Turn right onto Ella Grasso Turnpike. The Parking Spot will be on your left.
- From Springfield: Take I-91 South to Exit 40. Turn right onto CT-20 West/Bradley International Airport. Turn right onto Ella Grasso Turnpike. The Parking Spot will be on your left.
- From New Haven: Take I-91 North to Exit 40. Turn left onto CT-20 West/Bradley International Airport. Turn right onto Ella Grasso Turnpike. The Parking Spot will be on your left.
- From Worcester: Take I-90 East to Exit 9. Merge onto I-84 West. Take Exit 63 and merge onto US-5 South toward Windsor Locks. Turn left onto Ella Grasso Turnpike. The Parking Spot will be on your right.
