Arrival and Return Procedure
2 Birds Car Parking experience is simple and fast for all customers. To learn more about the parking procedure, keep reading below!
Upon Arrival
When you arrive at 2 Birds Shuttle Parking, you will need to check-in at the front desk, where you will receive a parking ticket with your assigned parking spot. After parking your car, you can catch the shuttle to the airport. The parking lot is open 24/7, so you can park your car and catch a shuttle regardless of your flight schedule.
Upon Return
The shuttle runs on-demand, and you can call for pick up after you return from your trip. The last Shuttle pickup is at 12:00am. There will be an attendant at the parking facility from 12:00am to 1:00am for customers who are returning between 12:00am and 1:00am. If you will be arriving after 12:00am, you must find an alternative method of transportation to the parking lot before 1:00am. The parking lot will be locked and secured from 1:00am until 4:00am when they reopen for the next day.
Directions to 2 Birds Shuttle at Cleveland Airport
The parking lot is located at 15820 Brookpark Rd, Cleveland, OH 44142. You can use the following directions to get there:
From the East:
Take I-480 W to exit 12 for Grayton Rd toward Brookpark Rd. Turn left onto Grayton Rd, and then turn left onto Brookpark Rd. The parking lot will be on your left.
From the West:
Take I-480 E to exit 11 for OH-17/Brookpark Rd. Turn right onto OH-17 E/Brookpark Rd, and continue straight for about 1.5 miles. The parking lot will be on your right.
Good to Know:
- Same-day reservations require a 1-hour notice.
- Please text the car park if your arrival at the lot time changes or if you are going to be late.
- The shuttle departs for Cleveland Hopkins Airport every 30 minutes, at :10 & :40 minutes past the hour.
- The car park recommends that you drop off excess passengers and luggage at the Airport Departure area before heading to the lot. This is also due to the fact that since Covid-19, the shuttle hgas a limit of three passengers per ride.
