CLE Park is an excellent car park that is located in a safe and secure parking facility and provides a hassle-free parking experience for all customers. To learn more about the parking procedure, keep reading below!

Upon Arrival

When you arrive at CLE park Cleveland Airport, simply park your car in an available spot and check in at the front desk. Customers can also check-in directly with the shuttle driver and you must be prepared to show your booking confirmation, either printed or on your mobile device. The shuttle will then transport you to the airport terminal. Please note that if the shuttle is not there when you arrive at the shuttle stop, that it is en route and will be back as soon as possible to take you and your luggage to the airport. Also, Cleveland Airport does not open until 4:15am, thus, lot opens at 4:00am for check-in every day.

Upon Return

When you return from your trip, call CLE park Cleveland Airport to request a shuttle back to the parking lot. The shuttle will pick you up at the airport terminal and take you back to your car.

From I-71, take the Snow Road exit and head east.
Turn left onto Ziegler Drive.
Turn left onto Snow Road.
The entrance to CLE park Cleveland Airport will be on your left.

Good to Know:

The gate at CLE Park is always closed for security. If you are not buzzed in quickly, then please call number to speak to a lot attendant, who will assist you with entering the car park.
Shuttles are based on your scheduled check-in and check-out times that you reserved. Be sure to arrive on time. If you are late or something has changed in your plans, please call the lot and change your scheduled arrival and return hours or else you may not be guaranteed a shuttle ride or access to the parking facility.
If you made a reservation prior to 3:45am, you must call the car park to change the arrival time or your reservation will not be honored.
