Upon Arrival
Please note that the hotel requires that guest print 2 copies of their reservation confirmation and bring it to the hotel. Upon arrival at the Embassy Suites hotel, please come to the Front Desk to find out specific parking location for APR guests and to receive the Parking Permit and the Parking Voucher. Shuttle departs every approximately every 30 minutes if requested. You must arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to departure or you may not be allowed to get on the shuttle. The shuttle will not wait if you are late or did not follow these directions properly.
Upon Return
Upon return to DFW Airport, please collect your luggage before calling hotel and wait at lower level under the gray courtesy van sign. Guests must know terminal gate number to tell the shuttle driver where they are.
