Arrival and Return Procedure
Park N Go Parking provides a seamless arrival and return procedure for its customers. Here's what you can expect:
Upon Arrival
As you approach Detroit Metro Airport, follow the signs to the departure terminals. Look for signs indicating the entrance to Park N Go Parking. The parking facility is conveniently located near the airport for easy access. Upon arrival, proceed to the designated check-in area, and a friendly staff member will assist you with the check-in process. Present your reservation details or provide the necessary information to complete the check-in. After the check-in process, a parking attendant will guide you to a parking space. You can then unload your luggage and lock your vehicle. The valet attendant will provide you with a claim ticket or receipt. Then, just simply proceed to the designated shuttle pick-up area. Park N Go's complimentary shuttle service will transport you to the airport terminal in just 6 minutes. The shuttles run frequently, so you won't have to wait long!
Upon Return
After collecting your luggage, proceed to the designated pick-up area for airport shuttles. Use the contact information provided on your claim ticket or receipt to request a shuttle pick-up. Inform the staff of your arrival and the terminal you are at for a smooth pick-up process. You will then board the Park N Go shuttle that arrives at your designated pick-up location. The shuttle will transport you back to the parking facility. Upon arrival at the parking facility, present your claim ticket or receipt to the staff. They will assist you in retrieving your vehicle. If needed, the staff can provide jump-start assistance or help with luggage.

Park & Go DTW is located at 31555 Wick Road, Romulus, Michigan, US 48174. We have provided some short directions to help you find the car park:
From Downtown Detroit:
- Head southwest on I-375 S.
- Take exit 3 toward M-10 S/Lodge Fwy.
- Merge onto I-75 S.
- Keep left to stay on I-75 S.
- Take exit 47B to merge onto I-94 W toward Chicago.
- Take exit 198 for Merriman Rd.
- Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Merriman Rd S and merge onto Merriman Rd.
- Park N Go Airport Parking will be on your right.
From Ann Arbor:
- Take US-23 N toward I-94.
- Merge onto I-94 E.
- Take exit 198 for Middle Belt Rd/Merriman Rd.
- Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Merriman Rd S and merge onto Merriman Rd.
- Park N Go Airport Parking will be on your right.
