How Preflight Airport Parking Works

Upon Arrival

Upon entering the car park, present your reservation confirmation or the credit card used to make the reservation to the attendant. Then, you will have to follow the signs to the designated parking area for self covered parking, self rooftop parking, premium self covered parking or valet parking:

• For Valet Covered: Head to the valet parking stand located on the ground floor next to the elevator lobby

• For Self Covered: Follow the "Self Park" signs and park anywhere on the fourth floor. Once you park, hop on the elevator and head down to the ground floor shuttle stop, where one of the shuttles, that departs every five minutes, will take you to the terminals. Be sure to get a red parking slip from the driver. The red locator slip has directions on where to get picked up upon your return.

• For Self Rooftop: Follow the "Self Park" signs to the roof level and park anywhere on the roof. Once you park, hop on the elevator and head down to the ground floor shuttle stop, where one of the shuttles, that departs every five minutes, will take you to the terminals. Agan, be sure to get a red parking slip from the driver. 
• Premium Self Covered: Follow "Self Park" signs to second level. As soon as you enter the second parking level, find a spot and park your vehicle, Then, please press the red call button, which will call a car park to your vehicle. You will then wait at your vehicle as one of the shuttle buses will pick you and your luggage within five minutes. The driver will hand you a red parking slip which will help you know where to be picked up and dropped off upon your return.

The car park recommends that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the time that you would like to arrive at the airport. 

Upon Return

After retrieving your luggage, call the phone number on your reservation confirmation or use the courtesy phone at baggage claim to request shuttle service. Proceed to the designated shuttle pickup area outside of baggage claim. Board the shuttle and present your reservation confirmation to the driver.

From Downtown Houston

• Head south on I-45 S. and take the exit toward Airport Blvd.
• Turn right onto Airport Blvd and the parking facility will be on your left.

From Southwest Houston

• Head north on I-610 E. and take exit 35 toward Airport Blvd./Broadway St.
• Turn left onto Airport Blvd. and the parking facility will be on your right.

From North Houston

• Head south on I-45 S. and take the exit toward Airport Blvd.
• Turn right onto Airport Blvd. and the parking facility will be on your left.

From East Houston

• Head west on I-610 S. and ake exit 30B toward Broadway St.
• Merge onto S Loop E Fwy. and then turn right onto Broadway St.
• Turn left onto Airport Blvd. and the parking facility will be on your right.
