How does WallyPark JAX shuttle service work?
Arrive at the parking facility at least 15 minutes before you plan to be at the airport. When you pull up to the entrance gate, take a ticket from the automated machine and drive into the covered surface parking lot to find a spot. The WallyPark Jacksonville facility is a self-park lot, so you will keep your car keys with you. The shuttle driver will pick you up at your vehicle, assist with your luggage, and provide a locator slip with instructions on where to meet the shuttle upon your return. WallyPark shuttles are exempt from the seat belt and car seat laws, which means you do not need to bring a car seat for young children.
Upon Arrival
Once you have parked your car, the shuttle will circle around the parking lot to pick you up directly from your car. You don't have to walk to catch the shuttle to the airport.
Upon Return
When you return, collect your luggage at baggage claim and then call the number on your booking confirmation for a shuttle to pick you up. Use the locator slip, which the shuttle driver gave you when dropping you off, to find the meeting point for the shuttle.
