The shuttles run on-demand at all hours of the day and will deliver you to the departures level of your departing airline. The parking lot is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Airpark Kennedy has the shortest distance to the JFK airport of any other parking lot. You can be sure your car will be safe as AirPark Kennedy is protected by a locked fence and a 24-hour parking attendant. On your way home, once you retrieve your luggage, you will call the shuttle and it will be there shortly to bring you to your car. Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.

When you arrive at Airpark Kennedy at JFK airport, a valet will greet you to check-in your car. You will be asked for your name, reservation number, return date/time, and your airline. The AirPark Kennedy associate will provide you with a claim ticket and a toll-free number to call after you retrieve your luggage. After you are checked-in, an Airpark shuttle will deliver you to the departure level of your departing airline. The trip usually takes about 5 minutes.
When you return, you will call the toll-free number to request a pick-up. The Airpark Kennedy associate will also ask for your ticket number so your car will be pulled into our Ready Zone. When you call the number, we will confirm where you will be picked up. Once you retrieve your luggage, a shuttle will be waiting for you outside of the terminal. A 5-minute shuttle will take you back to your car where it is waiting for you. You will quickly be on your way home!
