Take Off Parking Reviews

I booked a reservation and immediately received an email that provided instructions on the address to put in to the GPS and a number to call when I was an hour away which was super helpful. When I called, they answered immediately. Unfortunately I mistakenly entered my flight time instead of my arrival time to the lot. The person I spoke to was helpful and offered me an alternative parking option due to the mix up. Although I ended up parking somewhere else due to my error, everyone was incredibly concerned about helping me out given the time of morning I called. I plan to use them again (but enter the arrival time correctly :)).

No complaints. Really happy with the service.
