Upon Arrival
Upon arrival at the Crowne Plaza parking lot, you can unload your bags in the loading zone and find a suitable parking spot. After parking your vehicle, simply gather your belongings and head to the front desk to check-in. You will have to get a parking waiver to place in your car, with information about your vehicle, lisence plate and contact information. Then, proceed to the designated shuttle pick-up area. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes, on a first come, first served basis and takes passengers to the Amtrak station in just 10 to 15 minutes. During the hours of 5am to 9pm, plelase contact the front desk at (414) 764-5300 as demand is high. The train will transport you to the airport terminal. Please allow sufficient time to reach the terminal for your flight.
Upon Return
After collecting your luggage at the airport terminal, proceed to the designated shuttle pick-up area. Contact Crowne Plaza Milwaukee Airport hotel at (414) 764-5300 to request shuttle pick-up from the Airport Amtrak Train Station. The shuttle will promptly arrive to transport you back to the parking lot. Retrieve your vehicle and pay any outstanding fees at the front desk, if applicable. From there, simply head home!
