At Fly Away, we strive to make your arrival and return procedures as seamless as possible. Here's a step-by-step guide:
Upon Arrival
Upon arrival at Fly Away BNA, follow the signs to the valet or self-parking entrance, depending on your chosen service. If using the valet service, the professional valet attendants will assist you with the check-in process and park your vehicle. If using the self-parking service, find an available parking spot and then proceed to the shuttle pick-up area, conveniently located near the parking facility. Wait for the complimentary shuttle, which operates every 5-10 minutes, and board the shuttle that will take you to the airport terminals. The car park recommends that customers arrive at the car park at least 10 minutes prior to the time that you would like to be at the airport.
Upon Return
After collecting your luggage at Nashville Airport, proceed to the designated shuttle pick-up area. Contact Fly Away using the provided phone number or text service to request shuttle pick-up. The shuttle will promptly arrive to transport you back to the parking facility. If using valet parking, our valet attendants will retrieve your vehicle and have it ready for you. If using self-parking, locate your vehicle in the designated self-parking area.

- From Downtown Nashville: Head south on 4th Ave S, then turn left onto Korean Veterans Blvd. Continue onto Donelson Pike, and after approximately 4 miles, you will reach Fly Away on your left.
- From Nashville International Airport: Head southwest on Terminal Dr, then turn right onto Donelson Pike. Continue on Donelson Pike for approximately 2 miles, and Fly Away will be on your right.
- From Brentwood: Take I-65 N and continue onto I-24 E. Take Exit 56 toward Donelson Pike. Turn right onto Donelson Pike, and after approximately 3 miles, you will find Fly Away on your left.
