The ONT lot 5 is a super convenient car lot that makes your parking experience hassle-free. Keep on reading below for some more information about the process of parking with Lot 5 at Ontario Airport.

Upon Arrival

When you reserve your spot online with ParkFellows, you will be emailed a voucher containing your unique QR code. When you arrive, simply scan your QR code at the gate. You can use your cell phone or a printed copy. The barrier will raise allowing you to drive into the lot and park your car. If you have any issues, press the barrier intercom button to speak to a team member.

Upon Return

When you return, take the complimentary shuttle back to Lot 5. Drive up to the closest barrier and scan your QR code again. The barrier will raise allowing you to exit the lot. If you have overstayed your reservation, you will need to pay for the additional days.
