Upon Arrival
Upon arrival at Embassy Suites Crystal City, proceed to the front desk to check in the with hotel attendants. They will check your booking confrimation and give you a parking permit for you car. You can then get in your vehicle and find an available parking space on parking level P3 and park your vehicle securely. Then, head to the shuttle stop and wait for the shuttle to take you to the terminals. The shuttle runs from 6:00am to 11:00pm, at 5, 25 and 45 minutes after the hour. Look for the white van with the Embassy Suites and DoubleTree logo.
Upon Return
After retrieving your luggage at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, proceed to the designated pick-up area for hotel shuttles. Look for the Embassy Suites Crystal City shuttle and board it to return to the hotel. Then, simply make your way to the parking area and retrieve your vehicle. After that, just can just head home!
