To ensure a smooth parking experience at Joy ParkFly Airport Parking, please follow the arrival and return procedures outlined below:
Upon Arrival
Upon arrival at Joy Parkfly, customers are greeted by the friendly staff who assist with the check-in process. You will need to present your booking confirmation and provide a phone number as well. After checking in and parking your vehicle in the designated area, customers can easily board the complimentary shuttle that transports them to the airport terminals. The shuttle service operates 24/7, on-demand, ensuring minimal wait times. The car park recommends that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the time that you would like to be at the terminals.
Upon Return
For the return journey, customers can contact Joy Parkfly after retrieving their luggage from baggage claim. Customers can call 408-565-5243 and wait at the designated shuttle-pickup location. The shuttle will promptly pick you up from the designated pick-up area and transport you back to the parking facility, where you can collect their vehicles and continue their journey.

From Downtown San Jose: Take CA-87 S, exit toward Skyport Drive/Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport, merge onto Airport Boulevard, take a slight left onto Airport Parkway, continue onto Airport Boulevard, and turn right onto N 4th Street. Joy Parkfly will be on your right.
From Sunnyvale: Head southeast on CA-237 E, take the exit toward US-101 S/San Jose, merge onto CA-237 Connector, continue onto US-101 S, take exit 392 for Airport Parkway toward De La Cruz Boulevard/North 1st Street, keep left at the fork to follow Airport Parkway E, continue onto Airport Boulevard, and turn right onto N 4th Street.
